Regional Human Resources Manager Role Overview

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a company car and bonus eligibility.

About the Job

The Regional Human Resources Manager serves as the primary human resources contact for employees in one or more regional areas. You will collaborate with management to formulate and execute human resources strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources programs and policies, including staffing, benefits, employee relations, training, and safety initiatives.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leadership on the performance management process, promoting employee growth and development.
  • Work closely with field and corporate teams to unify human resources practices across the organization, driving consistency and excellence.
  • Ensure locations meet labor law and regulatory compliance standards, minimizing risks and liabilities.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee retention strategies, fostering a positive work environment and high employee engagement.
  • Coordinate quarterly visits to regional facilities, conducting employee meetings and gathering feedback to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive human resources management or generalist experience.
  • Federal, state, and local employment law knowledge, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time, as needed to support business objectives.
