Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Overview: Burnett Specialists seeks a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of progressive human resources experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily functions of the Human Resource department, including compensation, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and productivity, recognition, and morale.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and leave as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Highly adaptable and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to labor and employment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
