Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Amentum is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Clear Lake/Webster, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This includes supporting the onboarding of new employees, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to all employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and HR support.
  • Assist in the revision, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as needed.
  • Respond to general employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
