Job Title: Administrative Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Houston. As an Administrative Human Resources Generalist, you will provide general personnel administrative and technical support to the Global Mobility Human Resources (HR) team.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have 5+ years of experience in a human resources role and/or another administrative role with transferrable skills, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description:

This role requires a high degree of individual ownership and accountability. You will be responsible for providing general support to the Global Mobility team, including updating data, preparing reports, and analysis of data, as well as preparing meetings for people discussions. Additionally, you will coordinate benefits and onboarding activities for payroll transferees, process various HR related system actions via SAP, and work closely with HR Shared Services, Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development on various HR activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in a human resources role and/or another administrative role with transferrable skills
* Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
* Ability to uphold the highest confidentiality standards in working with sensitive personnel information
