Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Export Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with export regulations and facilitating seamless international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and company guidelines
  • Review and audit export documents and classifications
  • Coordinate inland transportation and logistics
  • Negotiate freight rates and contracts
  • Manage shipment files and records
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders

This role requires a strong understanding of international trade regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in export documentation or international trade
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
