Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will guide the team during shifts, ensuring that customers receive a prompt, precise, and friendly service every time they visit. Additionally, some supervisors may oversee specific Departments.

Your duties may encompass managing designated Systems, which include recruitment, staffing, training, food safety, and inventory oversight, as well as setting objectives, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and communicating results back to your team and fellow supervisors.


The Guest Service Operations Supervisor's duties may involve ensuring that Crew and Managers provide an outstanding customer experience, that promotional activities are executed effectively, and that all service personnel are well-trained in service protocols. Moreover, the Front Counter, McCaf, and Drive-Thru areas must be organized to ensure optimal service.

The Kitchen Operations Supervisor's responsibilities may include guaranteeing that the restaurant serves high-quality food to customers quickly, ensuring food safety, managing food costs, and training all kitchen staff in production processes, including new menu items.

The People Operations Supervisor's role may include ensuring that the restaurant recruits qualified team members, provides comprehensive training, and schedules staff to meet sales and profit objectives.

This supervisor's responsibilities may also encompass facilitating a positive onboarding experience for Crew members and ensuring they are recognized and motivated throughout their employment.
