Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant while adhering to safety and food quality standards.
- Provide exceptional guest service through effective conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving.
- Manage departmental efficiency during assigned shifts, including conducting pre-shift meetings and allocating tables to service staff.
- Facilitate training and performance evaluations for team members.
- Execute additional responsibilities as required to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in front-of-house restaurant operations.
- Proficiency in English is required.

- Must be at least 18 years old with foundational knowledge of dining room protocols, service techniques, cash handling, and familiarity with MS Office and POS systems.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
- Standing and walking for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Performing tasks that involve reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
