Key Responsibilities:

A role as a Client Service Specialist at BambooHR is not just about mastering a single application.

Our Client Service Specialists assist clients in navigating various aspects of hiring, performance evaluation, compliance, and overall employee support, while acquiring valuable skills that can lead to a rewarding career at BambooHR or in any HR-related field.

In this position, you will develop these competencies with a company that prioritizes integrity—not only in our software and services but also in our treatment of employees.

Your role will involve utilizing quick digital navigation and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries, primarily from clients who are enthusiastic about our software.

We recognize the importance of people, which is why our Client Service Specialists are dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our clients.

Whether you are working in an office or from your home office, you will be part of a team of capable, open-minded, and supportive Client Service Specialists.


Essential Qualifications:
Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat interactions with clients.

Contribute to a brand focused on empowering individuals to excel in their work.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of how information interrelates within BambooHR products to swiftly address client concerns.

Guide clients in utilizing BambooHR’s performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems.

Demonstrate quick thinking to navigate complex inquiries and devise innovative solutions.

Exhibit independence while thriving in a collaborative environment with fellow Client Service Specialists.

Stay informed about new features and products to enhance client value.

Commit to delivering focused work from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends).

Requirements:

You are open to in-office training during the initial training period (approximately 60 days, depending on performance), after which you can choose between in-office or remote work.

Your remote work environment includes a dedicated workspace, free from distractions, with high-speed, reliable internet access.

You possess 1-2 years of relevant customer service or technical troubleshooting experience.

You demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients and colleagues.

You have a passion for customer service and can maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

You exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.

You can simplify complex issues and communicate them clearly.

You are articulate and concise in both written (typing 40+ words per minute) and verbal English communication.

You possess resilience and the ability to navigate challenging situations.
