Position Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to join our team. This position is fully remote and focuses on supporting customers in the Central time zone.

Travel Requirements:
The role entails occasional overnight travel, up to four times a year, primarily to the Southcentral region (Texas, Nebraska, Iowa).

Role of Account Management:
Account Management plays a vital role in nurturing and sustaining ongoing relationships with a designated group of customers. The primary objective is to provide exceptional service and insightful recommendations regarding billing inquiries, service requests, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Customer Success Team, the Account Manager serves as a seasoned advisor to health systems, demonstrating strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management expertise. This individual is dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs while fostering long-term relationships and sustainable solutions.

Customer Relationship and Contract Management:
- Fulfill commitments made during the sales process by managing customer agreements effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers, showcasing advanced knowledge of relationship management and operational functions.
- Facilitate communication between customers and Cardinal Health, addressing service issues and leading regular meetings.
- Prepare and deliver Business Reviews, focusing on insights and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with customer agreements, including performance reporting and savings identification.

Issue Resolution and Project Management:
- Identify and address customer pain points, implementing processes to enhance the overall experience.
- Act as an advocate for customers within Cardinal Health, coordinating with various departments.
- Maintain accurate account information and oversee new account setups.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Execute performance reporting in alignment with customer agreements, tracking improvements and savings.
- Utilize analytics to sustain continuous improvement in initiatives and routine operations.

Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
