Customer Success Manager (Spanish Fluency Required)

As a key player in the thriving eCommerce order fulfillment optimization sector, Locus Robotics is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive operational success.

Role Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle from inception to successful implementation of Locus Robotics' warehouse automation solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive project and resource plans, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and objectives.
  • Establish effective communication strategies to facilitate project execution.
  • Compile status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project data.
  • Conduct hands-on installations of Locus Robotics solutions, which include site preparation, solution deployment, user training, and relationship management.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by fostering trust and understanding their operational needs.
  • Ensure seamless robotic operations through close collaboration with clients post-deployment.
  • Perform evaluations after project completion to identify successful and challenging aspects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in customer interaction and engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional project teams, including client resources and external vendors.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining complex project plans and related tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, and Aha is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% is required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong oral and written communication skills.
