Operations Manager, Corporate Administration

AgWest Farm Credit is a member-owned financial cooperative that provides financing and related services to farmers, ranchers, agribusinesses, commercial fishermen, timber producers, rural homeowners, and crop insurance customers in the Western United States.
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager, Corporate Administration to join our Corporate Administration department in Spokane, Washington.
This full-time position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for overseeing the mail center operations at the AgWest Headquarters in Spokane, reception operations in Rocklin, and the organization's records management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in record retention schedules, central files, and project management. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
The Operations Manager, Corporate Administration will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the mail center operations at the AgWest Headquarters in Spokane and Rocklin reception operations.
- Managing workflow to determine priorities and the appropriate allocation of resources.
- Maintaining policies and procedures within areas of responsibility.
- Overseeing the organization's records management to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and the records retention schedule.
- Ensuring performance management actions are consistent across area of responsibility and aligned with organization expectations.
- Promoting talent management and succession planning to ensure adequate and effective staffing through employee transitions.
The Operations Manager, Corporate Administration will also be responsible for representing and communicating the values, purpose, and mission of the organization to employees, customers, the public, and other target audiences.
Requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least five years' related experience, including knowledge of record retention schedules and central files.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Understanding of basic project management concepts, including the ability to lead, facilitate, and organize.
