Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all stores comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and that health and safety standards are upheld.
  • Marketing and Merchandising:
    • Execute marketing and merchandising programs and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Participate in strategic planning for our stores, including setting goals, planning for growth, and adapting to market changes.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Maintain effective communication with all levels of the company, including senior management, store employees, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and handle complex situations effectively.
  • Technology Utilization:
    • Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, gather insights, and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must be 18+ years or older.
  • Complete a pre-employment background check.
Qualifications, Education, and Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing stores.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, including profit and loss management.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, etc.
  • Excellent effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to uphold high standards.
  • Ability to travel to any of our store locations and adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Capability to engage in strategic planning and implement long-term goals.
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the retail sector.
