Compliance Administrator

At Gesa Credit Union, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Administrator to join our team. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of records management tasks, including researching, analyzing, and processing credit union records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems in compliance with administrative, legal, and financial requirements.
- Establish, implement, and maintain a repository and system for indexing and categorization of forms, documents, and disclosures.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and/or training team members on credit union retention policies, procedures, retention practices, disclosures, and forms.
- Create reports, correspondence, and other materials as requested by management.
- Perform administrative support as necessary for completion of assigned tasks and other job-related duties.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Understanding of reporting requirements of regulatory agencies relevant to assigned tasks.
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy to be exercised while giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or dealing with staff and members.
