Role Overview:
As a Consulting Manager, you will spearhead projects, establish strategic directions for our engagements, and align resources to exceed client expectations. Your analytical skills in sourcing and supplier management will be pivotal in partnering with clients to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee renewable energy consulting initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all requirements.
  • Work closely with clients to evaluate energy systems, craft tailored strategies for renewable energy integration, and propose effective mitigation approaches.
  • Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to create customized solutions and nurture business relationships.
  • Lead and mentor a team, providing direction and support to meet departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and resource management.
  • Assess and monitor team performance, addressing any conflicts and performance challenges constructively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; an MBA from an accredited institution is advantageous.
  • Experience in the energy sector with a background in project management and a proven track record in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including CPM scheduling, budget oversight, change management, and team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas and strategies to clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset, with a strong commitment to sustainability and promoting renewable energy solutions.
  • Extensive experience in management consulting or procurement, particularly in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, and supplier relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
