Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
- Direct and oversee supply chain initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and compliance with scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage project stages, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Onsite Management:
- Supervise projects from an onsite environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular onsite meetings to evaluate project progress, resolve issues, and align project objectives with business goals.
Consultative Expertise:
- Deliver expert consulting services to facilitate the implementation of supply chain solutions, process enhancements, and technology upgrades.
- Provide strategic insights based on analysis and industry best practices.
Comprehensive Project Management:
- Oversee all facets of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure all project outputs meet the established specifications and client expectations.
Financial Management:
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial constraints and objectives.
- Conduct budget forecasting to anticipate future project expenses and resource requirements.
Risk Assessment:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues and minimize impacts on project outcomes.
- Create risk management plans and ensure adherence to risk management protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and significant milestones.
Resource Planning:
- Analyze and forecast project resource requirements, ensuring sufficient capacity to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Work with resource managers to allocate and optimize resources efficiently.
SAP Proficiency:
- Utilize SAP tools and modules to manage and enhance supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Oversee SAP project implementations and integrations, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
Expertise in Supply Chain & Finance:
- Leverage knowledge in supply chain management and finance to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Apply industry insights to tackle complex supply chain challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Retail Sector Experience:
- Utilize understanding of retail supply chain dynamics to manage projects within the retail industry, focusing on enhancing inventory management, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
- Recognize retail-specific challenges and opportunities to drive project success.
Communication Proficiency:
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Certifications: PMP certification preferred. Additional certifications in supply chain or project management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in supply chain management, SAP implementations, and retail projects.
