About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to work on controls and automation projects within our manufacturing facilities. This position will install new systems and upgrade existing systems to optimize manufacturing processes and increase productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, install, and commission control systems to optimize manufacturing processes and increase productivity.
  • Programming and integrating PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for automated equipment.
  • Provide technical support to other company locations.
  • Design and selection of plant control system architecture.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, and electrical controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, HMI development, Wonderware (Aveva) Archestra.
  • Experience with.NET programming, SQL Databases, and Ethernet/IP Communication.
  • Open to 25% travel.
