  • Cooking and Preparation: Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking food according to approved recipes and production standards.

  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures. Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
