Key Responsibilities
- Achieve designated hiring goals and continuously assess team performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure precise tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics, leveraging insights to enhance processes; this is a vital aspect of the role.
- Monitor metrics such as show rates, offer conversion rates, weekly offer targets, rejection rates, and other relevant data.
- Engage actively with recruiters, providing support in interviews, events, and candidate assistance as necessary.
- Adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating flexibility in daily operations.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies aimed at improving candidate quality and building a robust pipeline for high-volume recruitment.
- Maintain full compliance with recruitment processes and applicable federal/state regulations.
- Oversee team performance while fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Encourage a collaborative team culture, implementing recognition programs to boost morale and engagement.
- Contribute to various recruitment projects and initiatives within the team.
- Collaborate closely with operational leaders and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Keep primary and secondary data on market wage analysis and talent pipeline movements.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment, preferably within the Atlanta job market.
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with innovative Talent Acquisition tools and generative AI is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in an office setting five days a week.
