Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a staffing or facilities management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across more than 15 properties located in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance to ensure quality service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with property maintenance supervisors or managers to address any operational concerns.
- Recruit new staff and manage performance issues as necessary.
- Review employee hours before processing weekly payroll.
- Distribute paychecks to employees weekly and deliver supplies to properties monthly.
- Maintain budgetary constraints for property supplies.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekend projects.
- Possess reliable transportation for job-related duties.
