  • Monitor employee attendance and performance to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with property maintenance supervisors or managers to address any operational concerns.
  • Recruit new staff and manage performance issues as necessary.
  • Review employee hours before processing weekly payroll.
  • Distribute paychecks to employees weekly and deliver supplies to properties monthly.
  • Maintain budgetary constraints for property supplies.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekend projects.
  • Possess reliable transportation for job-related duties.
