We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the immunology and diabetes space.
Job Description
The Senior Strategic Partnership Manager will play a key role in enhancing the understanding of autoimmune diseases and the role of teplizumab in their management. This will involve leading cross-functional teams towards a shared vision of success, aligning with cross-functional account plans and teams, and orchestrating resources with top KOLs.
Main Responsibilities
- KOL Relationship Management: Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs within the immunology and diabetes community to conduct substantial on-label business conversations.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of success.
- Regional Insight Meetings: Responsible for execution of regional insight meetings.
- KOL Insights Sharing: Share KOL insights with marketing and senior leadership and provide feedback to commercial leadership on various topics as requested.
- KOL Advocacy Alignment: Identify, develop, and measure KOL advocacy aligned to key brand messages.
- National and Regional Congress Planning: Plan, organize, and execute strategic National and Regional Congress activity to include regional product theaters, KOL interactions, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Speaker Recommendations: Provide speaker recommendations to marketing when requested; identify emerging opinion leaders.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Execute a customer-centric needs-based approach with targeted KOLs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant biopharmaceutical/healthcare roles with a bachelor's degree. You should have documented success in pharmaceutical/biotech leadership with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
You will also need to demonstrate ability to develop and execute strategies and tactics, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders, strong familiarity with regulatory and compliance policies that apply to commercial operations, and an energetic, driven, dynamic leader who builds relationships internally and externally.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience managing large markets.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Previous experience in TLL (or similar) roles.
- Experience in aT1D is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate internal promotional review committee processes and procedures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $153,750.00 - $205,000.00 USD Annually.
