Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Adroit Advanced Technologies, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in assigned territories
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships and market research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
  • Travel to client sites and industry events as required
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry and related technologies
