Sales Executive, Premier Agent

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Premier Agent team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in acquiring new Premier Agent partners and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new Premier Agent partners
- Conduct high-volume cold calls and utilize internal sales tools to drive growth and meet revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Premier Agent partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and activity metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-cycle, B2B inside sales role
- Proven track record of closing a large amount of transactional sales on a monthly basis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
