Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a staff of 10-20 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Uphold company and Jimmy John's standards in product quality, customer service, and employee culture, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Ability to work a schedule of 40-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to speak, read, and write the English language, with bilingualism a plus.
- Reliable transportation to work and ability to stand, stoop, sit, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office, and web programs, with experience in food safety and quality control.
