As the Senior Business Development Director at Octave, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and expanding our reach into the healthcare market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and secure high-value partnerships with health systems, integrated delivery networks, and payors. To achieve this goal, you will need to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that leverages your expertise in enterprise sales, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking. In addition to your sales skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with senior health system executives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that leverages your expertise in enterprise sales, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, and clinically integrated networks
- Actively reach out to target health systems, IDNs, CINs, and health plans to expand Octave's reach

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare or behavioral health industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior health system executives
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including the latest trends and developments
