Job Title: Digital Product Lead for Growth and Engagement

We are partnering with a prominent finance industry client to find a skilled Digital Product Lead who will spearhead growth, engagement, and monetization from online experiences. This is a direct hire position in the Bay Area, CA.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year

RiverPoint, a renowned partner in the finance industry, seeks an experienced Digital Product Lead to lead cross-functional teams and drive consumer-facing product management strategies. Our ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2C product management, focusing on acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Consumer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of audience segments, their jobs to be done, and create engaging experiences that meet their needs.
  • Product Strategy: Define product priorities, plans, and compelling enhancements based on consumer understanding, analytics, and business growth potential.
  • Execution: Maximize consumer and business value delivery from engineering, design, and QA teams.
  • Business Impact: Drive significant gains in SEO traffic, leads, and enrollments across multiple consumer finance product categories.
  • Analytics: Leverage analytics to guide direction and build a rapid test-and-learn process driving consistent growth.
Background and Experience Required

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, feel comfortable presenting to senior leadership, and be data-driven. Key requirements include:

  • Leadership: 6+ years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Strategy: Ability to create and communicate a product vision aligning with corporate goals, competitive environment, and consumer understanding.
  • Execution: Strong executor with natural ability to make things happen through influence.
  • Consumer and Business Impact: Clear examples of using consumer understanding and analytics to deliver product enhancements resulting in significant consumer engagement and business growth.
  • Influence: Ability to earn trust and commitment at all levels of the organization and create win-win situations.
  • Analytical: 3+ years of experience using a rapid test-and-learn product development process.
