We're seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at SimplyInsured. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing partnerships to drive the expansion of our business.

This role requires a combination of being a self-starter, hunter, having business savvy, critical thinking skills, and proactivity. If you're passionate about driving business growth and cultivating lasting relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in new business development, preferably within an early-stage startup or insurtech company. They should also possess strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with great attention to detail.

The base salary for this position is $135,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer generous stock option packages, a comprehensive benefits package, and a values-based culture that invests in employee success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a business strategy that prioritizes new channel partnerships growth
  • Finding new partners through prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing new sales deals
  • Creating goals and metrics as well as tracking sales progress and managing through obstacles to achieve quotas
