Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Supervisor with Compass Group Careers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our healthcare facilities. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Inspect and Monitor Quality: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Coordinate Schedules and Assignments: Manage staff schedules and assignments to ensure that all areas of the facility are being cleaned and maintained.
  • Resolve Guest Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain Equipment and Supplies: Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in good working order and are properly maintained.
Requirements
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect and monitor quality to ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
