Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee record keeping.
  • Prepare reports and special projects, including data collection, coordination, and final copy preparation.
  • Manage active and inactive employee documents and files.
  • Respond to employee and applicant inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Become familiar with all department functions to communicate effectively and accurately.
  • Develop messages and effectively use vehicles to ensure consistent, integrated, and comprehensive system of communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
  • Two years of clerical/administrative experience within Human Resources preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
  • Experience in the hospitality/entertainment industry preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible working attitude and perform job duties in stressful situations.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.
  • Must be able to professionally handle sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality.
