At MultiCare Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled Diabetes Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and technical support for our complex program of services.

This is a high-level administrative position performing difficult to complex administrative functions. You will manage the schedules and templates for Pharmacists, RDNs, and RN/Diabetes educators, serving as the first point of contact for patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient enrollment and managing communication between MFM, OB providers, and Diabetes Educators
  • Maintaining and upholding JCAHO and OSHA guidelines within the facility
  • Managing inventory for office supplies, medical/staff supplies, and class materials
