About the Role

Potbelly Corporate is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages, adhering to our menu standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining supplies.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer needs and priorities.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, with the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
