Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer care to patients and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients, addressing their concerns and queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and obtain necessary medical history from clients, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Determine the status of patients' immunizations and tests, communicating with doctors and technical staff as needed.
- Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately input data into computer software, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Weekend availability as needed
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
