We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wellness Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for our clients, sharing the science behind our services, and representing the Restore brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our clients
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with clients via various channels, including in-person, phone, and email
  • Offer guest tours, sell packages and memberships, and educate clients on services and recommend products
  • Ensure proper on-boarding of new clients and support sales performance and operational areas
  • Assist in community outreach and social media efforts to promote our brand and services

**Requirements**

  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Customer service experience in a retail setting
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
