Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Experis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience delivering exceptional customer service and managing guest experiences. They should be proficient in various operations and payment tools, such as Concur or Ariba, and possess expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings and office events
• Answer inbound phone calls and distribute mail to employees
• Handle outgoing mail and interact with office visitors and interview candidates
• Possess operational efficiency, teamwork, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multitask
Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service or guest experience management
• Proficiency in Concur or Ariba and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
