About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Kohl's. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and identify their beauty needs through consultative selling
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products to provide expert advice and recommendations
• Execute visual merchandising and operational standards to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
• Support inventory management and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels
• Actively engage in training and development to expand knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Authentic passion for beauty and a strong desire to help others
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
