Position Overview

In the role of a Content Evaluator, your primary responsibility will be to assess and rate diverse content formats (audio, video, text, and images) according to established policies and guidelines. This includes reviewing and rating both user-generated and AI-generated content, providing detailed explanations, and ensuring compliance with the specified standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate and rate various types of content, such as audio, video, text, and images.
  2. Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, language proficiency, and alignment with user intent.
  3. Conduct thorough research and fact-checking by comparing AI-generated responses with widely available sources (e.g., web searches, social media, third-party materials) to identify significant differences and trends.
  4. Perform side-by-side comparisons to highlight key discrepancies between responses.
  5. Rank and evaluate responses while providing clear justifications, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  6. Maintain consistency in rating decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. A university degree (preferred) with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience in journalism, literature, writing, or related fields.
  3. Basic computer skills with a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute.
  4. Familiarity with G Suite, particularly Google Sheets.
  5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and logically.
  6. Understanding of various AI models and their functionalities.
  7. Knowledge of established guidelines and best practices for content evaluation.
  8. Experience in assessing and comparing content from multiple sources.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to evaluate content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with user intent.
  10. Research skills to verify content accuracy and identify reliable sources.
  11. Critical thinking abilities to detect biases, inconsistencies, and limitations in AI-generated content.
  12. Attention to detail in reviewing content for grammar, style, and ethical standards.
