Position Overview

In the role of a Content Evaluator, your primary responsibility will be to assess and rate various forms of content, including audio, video, text, and images, in accordance with established policies and guidelines. This position involves reviewing and rating user-generated and AI-generated content, providing detailed written feedback, and ensuring compliance with the defined standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess diverse content types, such as audio, video, text, and images.
  • Analyze AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, language proficiency, and alignment with user intent.
  • Conduct thorough research and fact-checking by comparing AI-generated content with widely available sources (e.g., web searches, social media, third-party materials) to identify significant differences and trends.
  • Perform side-by-side comparisons to highlight key distinctions between various responses.
  • Rank and rate responses while providing clear justifications, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in evaluation and rating decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A University Degree is preferred, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in fields such as journalism, literature, writing, or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills, including a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in G Suite applications, particularly Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and logically.
  • Familiarity with various AI models and their functionalities.
  • Knowledge of established guidelines and best practices for content evaluation.
  • Experience in assessing and comparing content from multiple sources.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with user intent.
  • Research skills to verify content accuracy and identify credible sources.
  • Critical thinking abilities to recognize biases, inconsistencies, and limitations in AI-generated outputs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for reviewing content for grammar, style, and ethical standards.
