Position Overview

In the role of a Content Evaluator, your primary responsibility will be to assess and rate diverse content formats, including audio, video, textual, and photographic materials, in accordance with established policies and standards. This position entails reviewing and rating both user-generated and AI-generated content, providing detailed written feedback, and ensuring compliance with the defined guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and rate a variety of content types, including audio, video, text, and images.
  • Analyze AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, helpfulness, language proficiency, and alignment with user intent.
  • Conduct thorough research and fact-checking by comparing AI-generated content with widely available resources (e.g., web searches, social media, third-party materials) to identify significant differences and trends.
  • Perform side-by-side comparisons to highlight key distinctions between responses.
  • Rank and evaluate responses, providing clear justification while ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in rating decisions across all evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A university degree is preferred, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in fields such as journalism, literature, writing, or similar areas is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills are required, including a typing speed of 25-30 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with G Suite applications, particularly Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly and logically.
  • Understanding of various AI models and their functionalities.
  • Knowledge of established guidelines and best practices for content evaluation.
  • Experience in assessing and comparing content from multiple sources.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to evaluate content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with user intent.
  • Research skills to verify content accuracy and identify credible sources.
  • Critical thinking abilities to recognize biases, inconsistencies, and limitations in AI-generated content.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure content adheres to grammatical, stylistic, and ethical standards.
