Job OverviewWe are looking for coaches with experience working with children aged 15 months to 11 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience. Our ideal candidate will have an athletic or coaching background and be able to communicate effectively with parents about our curriculum. Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead classes and training sessions for kids aged 15 months to 11 years old
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and caregivers
  • Communicate effectively with the KidStrong team to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and safety protocols

Requirements
  • Experience coaching students within the appropriate age range
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
