Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $19.40 - $23.75 per hour, based on education and experience. This range reflects the company's commitment to fair compensation and recognition of the importance of our staff in delivering exceptional services.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at BH Clubhouse at West Cary. As a part-time School-age Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and leading activities that cater to the interests and needs of our young students. You will work closely with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
  • Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to established procedures and guidelines

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess early childhood coursework, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or a degree in a related field
  • Have at least six months of experience working in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings
