Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Youth Development Coach to join our team at KidStrong in Raleigh As a coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children aged 4-11, teaching them essential skills and values that will last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Teach classes developed by our in-house child development experts using our proven curriculum and teaching method.">
  • Work with children of varying ages and abilities, providing individualized attention and support.">
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress.">
  • Maintain a safe and engaging environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children at all times.">

Requirements:

To be successful as a Youth Development Coach at KidStrong, you should have:

">
  • ">
  • A strong passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.">
  • An understanding of child development principles and practices.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • CPR certification.">
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.">
  • Experience working with children aged 4-11 in an athletic or coaching environment (youth personal training, physical education, athletic training/certification, gymnastics instructor, special education experience a plus).">
  • A flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.">

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:

This position is based in Raleigh, NC, and we require coaches to be available to work weekdays from 9:00AM until 3:30PM.
