Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our fastener sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the fastener industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the internal sales team to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand product offerings and enhance sales workflows.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, ideally within the fastener sector.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Ability to achieve results through a customer-centric and data-informed approach.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related technology.
