About us:

Bella Brew Coffee & Beverage Company has over 25 years of experience as a premier beverage distributor. We are involved in all aspects of sales, marketing, distribution, and service. Our sister company, ABS & Taylor, concentrates on the sales of all types of food service equipment to complement our beverage distribution. We have relationships with a variety of customers, including many national chain organizations, independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, country clubs and quick-service eateries. Our team of sales reps, which you will be a part of, our corporate chef, and other experts build relationships with each customer, providing advice on improving operations, menu development, equipment/product selection and operational strategies. We here at Bella Brew and ABS & Taylor provide a one stop shop for all our customers' needs.

The Sales Team is largely responsible for the development of national accounts, new independent restaurant, and other foodservice related accounts with an emphasis on product and equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage National Accounts, meet with and facilitate demonstrations and strive to engage new National Accounts as well.
  • Manage your client portfolio through building relationships, growing weekly and monthly sales.
  • Actively, seeking out new clients to add to your existing portfolio.
  • Meet with and survey all new client locations, attend all equipment installations, and perform follow-up work to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other office personnel to coordinate efforts to prevent and resolve all customer complaints or issues.
  • Works with Financing company on behalf of your customers.
  • Oversee and monitor all accounts for compliance with credit terms and follow ups to minimize all accounts receivable problems.
  • Perform training and demonstrations of equipment and/or products in office or on-site at customer location.
  • Develop a business plan, making changes as required, for the sale of products.
  • Attends weekly sales meetings, maintains an organized calendar, and utilizes a CRM software to log all daily activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in Business management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Culinary arts, or related field is preferred.

• 3+ years of sales experience is required.

• Preferred 4 years of sales experience with at least 2+ years of direct industry experience in either foodservice, hospitality, or distribution. Major plus having experience working directly with soft-serve, coffee, and beverage products and equipment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, major plus Bilingual

• Reliable vehicle and superior face to face, customer service etiquette

• Proficient using Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

• Proficient and has experience using a CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
