Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at LHC Group. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, including routine clerical and office tasks, data entry, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist leadership with routine clerical and office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Process workflow tasks as assigned, including pulling, reviewing, and following up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits.
- Maintain an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate.
- Communicate professionally within the organization and with external sources, including physicians, patients, family members, and referral sources.
Requirements:
- Must have computer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to type.
- Must possess general clerical skills and organizational skills.
