Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at AdvoCare, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and ensure timely follow-up
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate person and document messages
  • Ensure patients check out as they leave the office and follow check-out procedures
  • Confirm patient appointments and notify the doctor of any cancellations
  • Type correspondence and office memos as directed

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
