Job Summary
The Virtual Account Manager is a key role within Solera, responsible for collaborating with the Regional Account Director and Field Account Managers to develop and execute business strategies. This includes creating and deploying products and/or services, generating marketing campaigns, and working closely with the sales and technical teams to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deploy products and/or services
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer programs and systems, including Salesforce.com
Preferred Qualifications
- Location: Southeastern United States
- Work from home arrangement with occasional travel to regional and national sales meetings
