Position Summary: We are in search of a Manager with over five years of experience, preferably in public accounting, to join our Investigative Accounting Group. This role offers a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Guide the analysis and schedule preparation conducted by team members
  • Enhance technical accounting expertise while gaining insights into complex claims related to property damage, business interruption, and additional expenses
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships and networks
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop junior staff

Qualifications: We seek candidates who are eager to embrace long-term career opportunities in accounting, particularly in forensic accounting and litigation support.

Successful candidates will be naturally engaging, self-driven, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

To qualify for this role, candidates must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Possess a CPA license (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Be willing to travel overnight as required (approximately 20%)
