Benefits and Employee Relations Executive

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee benefits programs across the Americas region.
- Collaborate with HR teams, vendors, and insurance providers to design and administer competitive and cost-effective benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to benefits administration.
- Analyze benefit utilization and cost data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination procedures.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and promote employee engagement.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing any potential compliance issues.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in benefits administration, employee relations, or a similar HR role, with a focus on the Americas region.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and other related offerings.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements within the Americas region.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
As the Americas Benefits and Employee Relations Executive, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and administering competitive and comprehensive benefits packages for employees across the Americas region. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, fostering positive employee relations, and promoting employee engagement.
