Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Front Office Representative to join our patient-focused, multispecialty clinic team at National Jewish Health. As the first point of contact for our patients, this position represents the face of our organization and requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments for physicians and ancillary services, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
- Collect and update patient demographic, consent, clinical, and insurance information, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff to resolve scheduling issues and ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Monitor patient schedules for continuity and prerequisite appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with NJH clinical operations, insurance procedures, and clinical terminology and coding practices.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred; Associates degree in business, nursing, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of recent and related experience in a healthcare or customer service environment required.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Competitive salary range: $18.29 - $21.00.
