- Patient Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, clinicians, and staff to ensure seamless appointment coordination.
- Data Collection and Management: Collect and update patient demographic, consent, clinical, and insurance information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Act as a problem solver, collaborating with patients, physicians, and staff to resolve scheduling issues and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; Associates degree in business, nursing, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent and related experience in a healthcare or customer service environment required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: $21.00 per hour.
