About the Job

The Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a portfolio of Strategic Solutions Partners that are leading the charge to help brands get the most out of their customer data.

This role will involve generating and influencing new revenue sourced and influenced from your portfolio of partners, identifying new partner opportunities to accelerate mParticle's growth, and evangelizing mParticle to and through our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and influencing new revenue by working with a portfolio of Solutions Partners across North America.
  • Onboarding, managing, and growing Partnerships with those businesses best positioned to help brands accelerate the time to value of their customer data with mParticle as an enabling component of their architecture.
  • Leading programs to help partners educate customers, incentivize mParticle Pathways Certification and generate consistent referrals, enable mParticle sales to position partner specialization and strength in deals, and create accountability with partners.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales, customer success, solutions, and engineering teams to create Win-Win-Win scenarios and be the champion for your partners both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of channel or direct sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Consultancy, System Integrator, and Digital Agencies landscape.
  • Strong familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build alignment around goals and objectives.
  • Effective in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment where hands-on execution is required and processes may not exist yet.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position is between $155,000 - $230,000 based on market data, your location, relevant years of experience, and skills.

You will also be awarded equity + benefits.

You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance.
